To celebrate the birthday of IBM for 50 years, IBM initiated an extraordinary event for the celebration. IBM and Hong Kong Council of Social service fashioned a project of “Innovation for the Future, Bridging the Digital Divide”. This project was to invite all students in HK for a competition of a stamp design. The purpose of this project was to deliver a message that all the students from every class are able to make use of digital information to innovate their future. The winners will be award by both parties for their outstanding design. In addition to that, IBM also contributed certain amount of money to for the Digital Solidarity Fund in order to implement programs targeting to close the digital divide.
I-character was honor to participate and support such event by providing an exclusive premium design, backdrop and award design and organizing the opening ceremony. Plus, design and produce the invitation letters and the envelopes for those winning stamps. We also have been award for our contribution since the responses of the whole project are highly impressive.
